We aim to display product information, images and pricing as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
Placing an order through checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email after payment is successfully processed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case we'll notify you and refund any payment taken.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the point of checkout. You must provide accurate and complete payment information. Title to goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us at info@paintify.site and we'll help track it down.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Full details, including which items are excluded and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, death, personal injury, or fraud). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
